A 45–60 minute conversation, at your premises or on a call. No slide deck and no pitch — we talk about how the business actually operates and where time is being lost. There is no obligation, and if there is no fit we say so.
What does the process audit include, and what does it cost?
LKR 300,000 for one week. It covers 2–3 senior leadership interviews, 30-minute sessions with department leads and key staff, full process mapping across operations, an opportunity assessment ranked by impact and effort, co-consultation on priorities, and a clear scoped proposal for implementation.
Do you need access to our live business data to start?
No. Discovery and prototyping work from process notes, screenshots, sample files, sanitized extracts or randomized data. Live data is only introduced once the workflow is understood and the use case genuinely requires it.
What is Micro SAP — are you replacing our ERP?
No. Micro SAP is our term for focused operational systems that act like the specific ERP layer a business actually needs. We build modules around real workflows — costing, inventory, approvals, dashboards, document entry, CRM follow-up, SOPs, reporting — without forcing a months-long ERP transformation. What happens after the build — are we dependent on you?
You own the code, files, prompts, logic and documentation. We train your team until they are confident, leave operations playbooks behind, and hand over completely. A partner retainer is available for clients who want ongoing evolution, but it is never a requirement.
